Despite the fact I'd rarely name the character so, I never think of him as anything but Red XIII. There's also the issue that a friend and I got into an argument about how to pronounce "Nanaki."

but that could be interpreted as né-né-key. As far as I can tell here are the possible (but not plausible) pronounciations: né-né-key-----2nd né-né-kiy (as is k-hi)-----4th naw-naw-key-----1st naw-naw-kiy-----3rd
