I've done websearches about this, and came up with nothing.
What is this rare De La Jet Set Radio I'm hearing about?

If you've got the american (or european, I think) version of JGR, you already own it. The Japanese version of JGR didn't have grind square or some of the music the american/european version had, so they rereleased the American/european version under the title of De La Jet Set Radio.

Dude Miz is right. Lemme tell you a story.
When Jet Set Radio was first released, it was basically a linear graffiti and run away from cops kind of game, you played the same levels over and over without any difference. This was released in Japan. Then for the american/european release, they added, new songs, new graffiti, and two new levels: Grind Square, and Bantam Street, these two were set in New York, and when this happened, they added a more detailed story to go along with it.
However, at the time there was already a radio station called jet Set Radio in the states (or so I'm told) and so Sega had to change the name of the american game to "Jet Grind Radio" This version was much better than the original Japanese version, so they re-released the american version (or Jet "Grind" Radio, if you will) to Japan, but called it De La Jet Set Radio. So the lesson is, if you have american version, you're set... unless you want the same version of the game with japanese dialogue.....

HOLY CRAP !!!!! So , in total , theres 3 versions of the game ? released in this order ? Jet Set Radio - Asia Jet Grind Radio - US & Europe De La Jet Set Radio (expansion)- Asia because if thats the case , I would really like to see what the first one that came out was like. I know I wouldnt be able to read the text but I would still like to get it somehow. Didn't someone say the tags were different too ?

I doubt the tags are *different* but there are probably less in the original Asian Verison. The only real difference in the game is the whole part of the story that takes place in the states is missing.
