Sorry to confuse you D-99. . . .in plain english. . .Dragon skin armor is far superior to plate metal armor. . .so Warren wouldn't stand a chance full-grown, fire-breathing dragon. . .as it is bettere armored than he is.

The sword would have to strike at the perfect angle, between the plates of the dragons scale. . at the point where it's heart is closest to the surface (near the junction of its left foreleg and the chest). . .

As a master of the bo-staff, thou wouldst most probably be better suited using a two-handed broad sword, rather than a normal sword. . .the movements used in making your bo-staff such a formidable weapon, are basically similar to those needed with the two-handed broadsword (the major noticeable difference is, of course, that your hands are together on the sword, whereas they are split farther apart on the bo-staff).
